Idk why SiCepat Bali are so bad. Every time I use this expedition service, my parcel always stuck in Denpasar sortation at least for 1-2 days, even from Denpasar to Badung it takes 6 days🤦🏻‍♀️ I don't want to use this service if it's not an emergency. Not recommended to use this expedition 👎🏻

Worst shipping company EVER!!! Claims to not have the address. Doesn't get in touch. Email address doesn't work. WA numbers don't work. Finally got contact on Instagram. Provide address to them several times before they actually "get it". Package just sits in Denpasar for well over 24h. Now it has been "on the way to the address" for over 6h and it's still not here. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON WHAT SO EVER!!!!

Never get a single problem yet (and hopefully will not in future) with their service. As an online seller and buyer, I could say their service in pick up and sending items is good. All the courier I've met (probably 10 from both service) work nicely. Yeah one of them politely denying my request to deliver in office hour, but later they do as requested. All is well.

The courrier didnt confirm the package to me as a receiver, i cant contact the courrier and CS didnt helpfull at all. not on schedule, bad service, bad team work and sop so far.

Not recommended, it takes more than 10 DAYS to deliver DOCUMENTS from Bandung to Jakarta. Customer Service is not helpful.

Slowly, that's the current situation at my local outlet. A very LOGICAL reason for an expedition with "NO COURIER" delivering it.
